Office 365

Office 365 is the umbrella brand for a powerful set of services designed with productivity in mind. There are five main components to Office 365 with a number of add-on services available to empower your team.

Office 365 ProPlus

Always up-to-date, Office 365 ProPlus is one of the subscription components available as a part of Office 365. It is productivity software (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, Publisher, Access and Lync) that is installed on your desktop or laptop computer. Office 365 ProPlus is a user-based service that allows people to access Office experiences on up to 5 PCs or Macs and on their mobile devices. Traditional Office installations were tied to the computers they were installed on. Office 365 ProPlus enables flexible new deployment options that IT and/or individual users can choose from to install Office. Office 365 ProPlus is available as a standalone subscription or as a part of the Office 365 Small Business Premium (Infopath not included), Office 365 Midsize Business, Office 365 Enterprise E3 and Office 365 Enterprise E4.

Exchange Online

Exchange Online is the first-class email platform that delivers the features, security and reliability that can transform your productivity. Keep your inbox, calendar, contacts and tasks in sync from your desktop, device, browser and phone with Exchange Online. This robust, enterprise-grade service includes powerful anti-spam and virus filtering, data protection and encryption capabilities, and continuous backup and security monitoring.

Lync Online supports the desktop version of Lync as well as mobile versions for tablets and smartphones. Lync to Lync Calling supports both voice and HD video calls. With federation features, you can connect up with outside organizations to give your team fast access to customers and vendors. Lync Online is available as a standalone plan and as a part of all Office 365 for business plans.

OneDrive for Business

Project Pro for Office 365

Exchange Online Archiving for Exchange Server

Solve archiving, compliance, regulatory and eDiscovery challenges with Exchange Online Archiving. Exchange Online Archiving helps you remain confident that your information is protected with physical and digital security measures that are advanced and dependable. Easy to use and maintain, Exchange Online Archiving works seamlessly with Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Web App. Retention policies help users manage their inbox while securing archives. Preserve and hold user information for discovery at later dates with In-Place Hold.

Unlimited storage is standard for every user’s archive, providing access to all historical information and easing the burden on your storage requirements while eDiscovery features help you to find, produce and manage data across your organization in an easy-to-use web interface. Exchange Online Archiving for Exchange Server is available as a standalone plan for organizations with Exchange Server 2010 and 2013. Exchange Online Archiving is also available as an add-on service for mailboxes that are hosted online.

Office 365 Developer

The Office 365 Developer subscription provides developer tools and services to help you create custom apps for Office or SharePoint. The Office 365 Developer Site makes it easier to get set up and start creating, testing and deploying your apps for Office and SharePoint more quickly. Office 365 enterprise (E3 or E4) subscriptions include a site template you can use to create a Developer Site. If you have an Office 365 enterprise subscription, you can create a Developer Site within your existing subscription, rather than having to set up, pay for and maintain a separate Office 365 Developer subscription.

Designed for Developers without a current subscription, the Office 365 Developer plan offers a wide variety of code samples, resources and tools to help with the planning and development of customized Office and SharePoint apps. Office 365 Developer is available as a standalone Enterprise plan.

Windows Intune

Enable BYOD with mobile device management from the cloud using Windows Intune. Windows Intune helps organizations provide the freedom for employees to use the devices and applications they prefer while configuring device settings to meet compliance needs. Windows Intune lets you manage devices in a flexible wayeither completely from the cloud or connected to an existing System Center Configuration Manager infrastructure. Azure

Azure Rights Management

Azure Rights Management provides the ability to protect sensitive information created when using Office applications and services such as email or other memos or correspondence that require confidential treatment.
